FALL 2019 RECREATIONAL SOCCER
Grades 2 through 12
Note: This is a competitive program. Developmental programs are offered for first graders and
kindergarteners. Kindergarten registration opens first week of school in fairness to new families.
WHEN Saturdays in Flint Park, September 7, 2019 through mid-November.
Games will be played Columbus Day weekend.
ELIGIBILITY Children grades 2 through 12 who reside or attend school in
Larchmont and Mamaroneck (parochial, private and public) are eligible to play.
Grades 2-5 travel players are NOT eligible, unless their team does not play in the
fall. High school varsity players are NOT eligible.
REGISTER Go to ljsl.sportssignup.com or to ljsl.org home page and click on
red “Register NOW!” button.
COST $125 per player by June 30; late fee of $25 per player attaches July 1.
After August 15, registrations are accepted only if space is available. No refunds
after first game. Scholarship funds available if needed, email registrar.
COACHING Coaches and assistant coaches are needed for each team.
Please volunteer to help with your child’s team – it’s fun and requires less time
than you think. Sign up online by registering yourself as well as your child.
REQUESTS We make every effort to balance teams by school, grade and
ability but we cannot honor individual requests for teammates. If you are
coaching and want to request an assistant coach, please add his/her name in
Comments box. The commissioners will also consider one player request from
each coaching pair as noted in Comments box, as a thank you for coaching.
These are the only requests the commissioners will consider.
